For the Nats, it is Patrick Corbin fresh off of the paternity list, and he should have a fresh arm after he has not pitched since before the All-Star break on July 9. After midnight tonight, Corbin turns 34 years old.
After Mason Thompson and Kyle Finnegan covered the relief innings last night, manager Dave Martinez said that other relievers are going to need to step up and cover the late innings in the game with Hunter Harvey on the 15-day IL.
