The 4-6-1 Washington Nationals have Patrick Corbin back on the mound against the Marlins. Time flies as Corbin is staying on a 5-day schedule. The last time we saw him pitch was against the Astros, and Corbin went 2 1/3 innings and 50 pitches while surrendering two runs. We will see if Corbin will be able to build on that start. You would think the goal is to get Corbin over 60 pitches to 70 as we await the plan from manager Dave Martinez for this early evening game. The bullpen should have most of the regulars available except for Mason Thompson, Paolo Espino, and Hunter Harvey. The Nats got beat up by Team Israel in an exhibition game last night that certainly showcased former Montgomery County, Maryland star, Matt Mervis. The 9-0 thumping certainly exposed relievers Jose Ferrer and Matt Cronin. The Nats really need to find some consistent RISP hitting or at the very least use some productive outs to score runs. Once again, no TV for this one. We will get some more of Charlie and Dave. This will be broadcast on 106.7 FM in the DC area as well as the MLB app.Corey Dickerson is batting .429 with 2 doubles and 2 RBI this Spring.#NATITUDE pic.twitter.com/9XoYjjJqOI
