The schedulers made this one a Noon start for the Dodgers ‘getaway day’ who only have to fly to St. Louis. For today, Julio Urias is called back up from the Minors to face Stephen Strasburg. The Dodgers already clinched the regular season series with the Nats; however, the Nats can claim this series with a win today.
In an interesting line-up move against the lefty Urias, Dusty Baker goes with Chris Heisey starting in centerfield for the Nats today and not Michael Taylor—-and then all of that changed when Jayson Werth was scratched as Taylor is now in CF and Heisey moved to LF. According to defensive metrics on FanGraphs, Revere is the Nats best defensive centerfielder by an UZR of +1.3, but due to Heisey’s limited action in centerfield he is only a cumulative +0.1 and the best UZR/150.
Here are the Nats stats against Julio Urias:
Here is Stephen Strasburg’s stats against the Dodgers:

UPDATED: Jayson Werth was scratched and will be replaced by Michael Taylor. Also, Ryan Zimmerman will be playing with the P-Nats tonight on a rehab assignment.
This is a divergence for Dusty who has said before he does not change his line-up card because players need to adjust to days off. Last year it was reported that Jayson Werth did not react well to not being in the line-up when he expected to be in there.
Dusty decided to give Werth a day of rest, changed lineup at 330am, went back to bed. now he's going to go get some breakfast #earlygame
